The Calicantus Gardens, less than 10 minutes from Pavia, in Ca’ della Terra, are a location with a unique charm. The ancient Lombard farmhouse, built in the 18th century for the family that governed the Sottana countryside, one of the four main divisions of the Principality of Pavia, is surrounded by green gardens as far as the eye can see, with well-kept lawns and wonderful blooms in all seasons, centuries-old trees, a small fountain, a labyrinth, suggestive views and secret corners. In addition to the gardens, ideal for private and corporate events, dinners under the stars, parties and dances with 100 or more guests, there is the large entrance courtyard and the portico which can in turn be set up for aperitifs, dinners and parties.

The main entrance to the property can be reached via a private avenue, always shaded and scented by lime trees and calicantus. The family church, with the ancient noble insignia, in a sober neoclassical style, cozy and elegant, is consecrated and therefore usable for religious weddings and baptisms.
